Here Comes Santa Claus - to Oscar Grady Library!

Wed., Dec. 4^th - 6:30 p.m.
Get into the holiday spirit and join us in singing Christmas carols and completing a craft project.  Santa will be dropping in so don't  forget the kids' wish lists and a camera!  This event is free to attend.  Families welcome!  

"Food for Fines" at the Library - through Dec. 16^th

Bring in non-perishable food items for forgiveness of library fines.  Contact the Oscar Grady Library for details.

Recycling/Disposal Center - Port Washington

Curbside Leaf Collection has been Extended to Dec. 6^th.

Leaves will be collected curbside as time and weather permit through Dec. 6^th.  
Please Do NOT place brush or plant materials in leaf piles.  Keep away from storm drains. Avoid parking vehicles on or near leaf piles.

Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter Parking Restrictions are in effect Dec. 1, 2019 through April 1, 2020.  Parking for longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any Village street is prohibited.  Contact the Saukville Police Dept. at 262-284-0444 with questions.

2019 Property Taxes 

2019 Village property tax bills have been mailed.  If you have not received your tax bill in the mail, please contact the Village Treasurer's office at 262-284-9423.  You can also print a copy of your bill via the Village website: How Do I - Find menu - Tax Data.

Pet Licensing

All Village residents owning a dog or cat that is older than six months are required by Village Ordinance 61-8, to purchase a pet license.  2020 licenses can be purchased at Village Hall beginning December 16^th.  Proof of current rabies vaccination (Rabies Certificate) is required for new pets and when updated rabies shots are required.  
A late penalty is imposed for renewal pet license processing after March 31^st.
Fees - Dog License:  $8 Altered; $10 Non-altered  ($5 late fee)
Fees - Cat License:   $5 Altered;   $7 Non-altered  ($3 late fee)

Part-time On-Call and Volunteer opportunities are available through the Village of Saukville Fire Dept. and Police Dept.  Please contact the respective department for complete info.

Fire Department
Part-time, paid, on-call positions are available for Fire-Fighters and EMTS.  Applications are available at Village Hall and on the Village website.  For more information, call the Fire Dept. at 262-284-5800 and leave a message.

Police Department
The Saukville Police Dept. is seeking dedicated, community minded individuals to become part of our volunteer Police Reserves team.  For more info, call the Police Dept. at 262-284-0444.
