OGPL FRIENDS GROUP

***Volunteer Opportunity***

The Friends of Oscar Grady Library group has one open Executive Board position: Treasurer. Contact Library Director, Emily Laws, with questions or interest: elaws@oscargradylibrary.org or 262-284-6022

The Friends have a membership meeting on Thursday, June 6 at 6 pm at Oscar Grady Library. All are welcome to attend.

Village Park facilities/pavilions are available for rent for your Summer events on a first come, first serve basis. Resident and non-resident fees apply. Find information on the Village Website. Call Village Hall for availability, reservations, and rate information.

Employment Opportunities

PART-TIME FIREFIGHTER or EMT

The Saukville Fire Dept. is looking for quality individuals who wish to serve the community as a Firefighter or EMT. If you are interested in becoming a part of our team, just complete the online Membership Information Request Form, stop by the Saukville Fire Department any Monday night between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m., or call 262-284-5800 and leave a message. School and training is provided. To apply, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be a resident of the Saukville Fire Department protection area or work within the Village.

Police Department - Volunteer Reserves

The Saukville Police Dept. is seeking dedicated, community minded individuals to become part of our Volunteer Police Reserves team. For more info, call the Police Dept. at 262-284-0444.

All Village Board and Committee meeting agendas and meeting minutes can be found on the Village website, Agendas & Minutes page .

Collection Services provided by Waste Management:

Regular curbside collection day for the Village of Saukville is Thursday (Friday on weeks when a major holiday falls Monday-Thursday). Recycle Collection is every other week.
Carts must be curbside by 7 a.m. on collection day.

Residential Trash/Recycle Collection Missed on Thursday Collection Day?
Contact Village Hall by 3 p.m. on Thursday if possible. Village Hall must be informed no later than 10 a.m. on Friday to ensure your weekly collection.
