Welcome in the holiday with the Village's Annual Tree Lighting and singing of Christmas Carols!  Santa will make an appearance to wrap-up the evening and offer a holiday treat to the children!

Leaf Collection - LAST WEEK! 

Fall curbside leaf sweeping going on now, weekdays only. Leaf collection is not guaranteed - it will be done as time and weather permit.

If you notice a storm drain is covered or clogged by leaves and debris, please help to prevent any water ponding or flooding by removing the debris from the drain area.

Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter Parking Restrictions are in effect December 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023.


Municipal Code Sec. 192.7D:  No person shall park any vehicle for more than 30 minutes on any street in the Village between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. December 1st through March 31st. Physicians on emergency calls and persons having special written permission from the Police Department are exempted from the terms of this section.

Village Board & Committee Meetings

Consider running for Village Office

The Village currently has Village President and 3 Trustee positions up for re-election in April. Nomination papers can now be circulated from December 1, 2022 through January 3, 2023. For information and/or a Trustee nomination packet stop in at the Village Hall M-F 8am-5pm or call Village Clerk, Julie Friede 262-284-9423

Trash & Recycle Collection

Collection Services provided by Waste Management:

Regular curbside collection day for the Village of Saukville is Thursday (Friday on weeks when a major holiday falls Monday-Thursday).  Recycle Collection is every other week.
Carts must be curbside by 7 a.m. on collection day.

Residential Trash/Recycle Collection Missed on Thursday Collection Day?
Contact Village Hall by 3 p.m. on Thursday if possible.  Village Hall must be informed no later than 10 a.m. on Friday to ensure your weekly collection.

Employment Opportunities  

PART-TIME FIREFIGHTER or EMT

The Saukville Fire Dept. is looking for quality individuals who wish to serve the community as a Firefighter or EMT.  If you are interested in becoming a part of our team, just complete the online Membership Information Request Form, stop by the Saukville Fire Department any Monday night between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m., or call 262-284-5800 and leave a message.  School and training is provided.  To apply, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be a resident of the Saukville Fire Department protection area or work within the Village.

The Saukville Police Dept. is seeking dedicated, community minded individuals to become part of our Volunteer Police Reserves team.  For more info, call the Police Dept. at 262-284-0444.
