Leaf Collection 

Fall curbside leaf sweeping going on now, weekdays only. Leaf collection is not guaranteed - it will be done as time and weather permit.

If you notice a storm drain is covered or clogged by leaves and debris, please help to prevent any water ponding or flooding by removing the debris from the drain area.

All Municipal Offices & Facilities will be CLOSED for the Thanksgiving Holiday Thursday & Friday, Nov. 24th & Nov 25th

FOOD FOR FINES AT THE OSCAR GRADY PUBLIC LIBRARY TO BENEFIT FAMILY SHARING OF OZAUKEE COUNTY

During the month of November, the Oscar Grady Public Library will be participating in Food for Fines. Oscar Grady Library members will have the chance to reduce any late fines while also supporting Family Sharing of Ozaukee County.

The library will accept non-perishable food items in exchange for up to $5 in waived Saukville library fines per library card.

A list of items most needed by the pantry can be found at the Oscar Grady circulation desk.

Thank You!

Two residents, through the WITNOW Project, have graciously donated 13 new arborvitae trees and 3 oak trees to the Village of Saukville. The trees have been planted at Friendship Park. 


Your generosity to the Village and the beautiful addition to the park is greatly appreciated by the Village Board, Staff, and Community!!

Trash & Recycle Collection

Collection Services provided by Waste Management:

Regular curbside collection day for the Village of Saukville is Thursday (Friday on weeks when a major holiday falls Monday-Thursday).  Recycle Collection is every other week.
Carts must be curbside by 7 a.m. on collection day.

Residential Trash/Recycle Collection Missed on Thursday Collection Day?
Contact Village Hall by 3 p.m. on Thursday if possible.  Village Hall must be informed no later than 10 a.m. on Friday to ensure your weekly collection.

Employment Opportunities  

PART-TIME FIREFIGHTER or EMT

The Saukville Fire Dept. is looking for quality individuals who wish to serve the community as a Firefighter or EMT.  If you are interested in becoming a part of our team, just complete the online Membership Information Request Form, stop by the Saukville Fire Department any Monday night between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m., or call 262-284-5800 and leave a message.  School and training is provided.  To apply, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be a resident of the Saukville Fire Department protection area or work within the Village.


Police Department - Volunteer Reserves

The Saukville Police Dept. is seeking dedicated, community minded individuals to become part of our Volunteer Police Reserves team.  For more info, call the Police Dept. at 262-284-0444.

2022 Pet Licenses

Village of Saukville residents owning a cat or dog that is older than six months are required by Ordinance ยง61-8 to purchase an annual pet license.  Licenses can be purchased at Village Hall.  Proof of current rabies vaccination (Rabies Certificate) is required. 
A late penalty is imposed for renewal pet license processing after March 31st.

Dog License fees:  

$8.00 spayed/neutered; $10.00 not spayed/neutered; $5.00 late penalty after March 31st.

Cat License fees:
$5.00 spayed/neutered; $7.00 not spayed/neutered; $3.00 late penalty after March 31st.

Water Trivia Night
Thursday, November 17th from 6:00-7:30pm at Riveredge Nature Center Barn

Join the Community Rivers Program residents for a family-fun evening of water trivia! Show off your nature smarts as you compete against other CRP residents in this competitive water-focused event. Prizes for 1st and 2nd place! Space is limited- so sign-up early! Teams are not necessary but encouraged if you have friends and family that want to participate.
