The Village is seeking a positive, proactive, energetic, community focused leader to fill the Village Treasurer position. Qualified applicant shall be responsible to perform the statutory duties of the Municipal Treasurer, benefit administration and utility billing. Prior municipal experience strongly preferred. This position is a full-time management position, with a comprehensive benefit package including Wisconsin Retirement and Wisconsin Health Insurance. Salary is dependent on qualifications.

Members of the Saukville American Legion will be offering poppies at the Saukville Walmart and Piggly Wiggly.
Donations accepted and greatly appreciated.
Proceeds to support various veterans programs.

National Poppy Day recognizes the importance of honoring those who have worn our nation's uniform.  Poppies are worn and displayed as a symbolic tribute to our fallen and the future of our veterans and service members.

2022 Ozaukee Co. Clean Sweep  - Saturday, May 14th - 8 a.m. to Noon
Household & Agricultural Hazardous Waste Collection - County-wide program sponsored by the Ozaukee Co. Land & Water Management Dept.

Trash & Recycle Collection

Collection Services provided by Waste Management:

Regular curbside collection day for the Village of Saukville is Thursday (Friday on weeks when a major holiday falls Monday-Thursday).  Recycle Collection is every other week.
Carts must be curbside by 7 a.m. on collection day.

Contact Village Hall by 3 p.m. on Thursday if possible.  Village Hall must be informed no later than 10 a.m. on Friday to ensure your weekly collection.

2022 Pet Licenses

Village of Saukville residents owning a cat or dog that is older than six months are required by Ordinance §61-8 to purchase an annual pet license.  Licenses can be purchased at Village Hall.  Proof of current rabies vaccination (Rabies Certificate) is required. 
A late penalty is imposed for renewal pet license processing after March 31st.

Dog License fees:  

$8.00 spayed/neutered; $10.00 not spayed/neutered; $5.00 late penalty after March 31st.

Cat License fees:
$5.00 spayed/neutered; $7.00 not spayed/neutered; $3.00 late penalty after March 31st.

PART-TIME FIREFIGHTER or EMT

The Saukville Fire Dept. is looking for quality individuals who wish to serve the community as a Firefighter or EMT.  If you are interested in becoming a part of our team, just complete the online Membership Information Request Form, stop by the Saukville Fire Department any Monday night between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m., or call 262-284-5800 and leave a message.  School and training is provided.  To apply, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be a resident of the Saukville Fire Department protection area or work within the Village.

The Saukville Police Dept. is seeking dedicated, community minded individuals to become part of our Volunteer Police Reserves team.  For more info, call the Police Dept. at 262-284-0444.

Milwaukee River Tubing
Friday, June 10th - 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Ehlers County Park
Hop on inner tubes and float down the Milwaukee River in Ehlers County Park! Along the way, we’ll discover the diversity of living things that make their home in the river.  Wear sturdy closed toe shoes and clothing that can get wet.  Children must be older than 7 and accompanied by an adult. Sign-up Form
