2020 Spring Election & Presidential Preference - April 7, 2020

Returning Absentee Ballots:

Anyone receiving an Absentee Ballot through the mail can return their completed ballot, in the sealed ballot envelope, to the secure Utility Drop Box outside the entrance to Village Hall, or mail via USPS.

Be sure to sign and date the envelope and include a witness signature and address. 

Ballots must be received at Village Hall by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2020.

Water/Sewer Utility Bills

Utility bills were mailed out on April 2, 2020. 
Please return your payments by mail, in the Utility Drop Box outside the Village Hall entrance (no cash payments please), or  Pay Online on the Village website.  When using the outside drop box, please be sure to put your payment and bill stub in a sealed envelope.

Consider using the FREE Automatic Deduction payment method - Auto Pay - and set up your account for automatic withdrawal from a selected bank account.  You will still receive the green postcard bill reflecting your usage and charges. Funds will then be automatically withdrawn from your account on the billing due date.  Completed forms can be mailed to Village Hall, put in outside Utility Drop Box, or emailed to mhartjes@village.saukville.wi.us.

Village Playgrounds Closed

All Village of Saukville playgrounds are now CLOSED. Playgrounds are posted with closure notices.  

• The use of playground equipment is strongly discouraged.  We do not wipe down or sanitize playground equipment, tables, or other surfaces at the parks.  Use at your own risk.
• The bathroom facilities at Grady Park are Closed.
• Please practice Social Distancing and avoid close contact with others.  The CDC recommends a minimum of 6 feet distance to help reduce the risk of spread between individuals.
• Do not congregate in groups of more than 10 people.

Dept. of Public Works 
Services Update 

The Dept. of Public Works Facility is CLOSED to the Public and Vendors.   

• Curbside Branch/Brush Chipping has been postponed.  Please do not place branches/brush curbside at this time.  If you have already placed this debris curbside, please REMOVE it immediately and store on your property until services resume. 

• Opening of the Compost Site and Clean-up Dumpster dates have been postponed.  The DPW does not and will not be collecting yard waste curbside.  Property owners should containerize this debris and hold it until which time the Compost Site opens.
