The SCADA ( Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system is capable of monitoring and controlling equipment and processes throughout the entire plant as well as the remote lift stations located throughout the Village of Saukville. Plant Alarms can be configured and sent via phone/text message. Automation at the Saukville treatment plant has proved to be a key component to cost savings and consistent process control. This has been realized by reduced chemical savings and even reduced energy costs, all while enhancing monitoring and control capabilities to produce the highest effluent quality possible.
