Utility Services & Bill Payment Options

To establish or change water/sewer utility services, or with billing questions, call the Village of Saukville Utility Billing Department at 262-284-9423 or email the department.

Drop-off or Walk-in Payments:

Payments can be dropped in the outside Payment Drop Box located to the right of the front doors at Village Hall. Include the top portion of your bill with a check or money order, preferably in a sealed envelope - no cash please.
Or, bring in to the Village Hall lobby window with the top portion of your bill during regular business hours.

Online Payments:

You can also PAY YOUR WATER UTILITY BILL ONLINE on a secure link. You will be directed to the online payments site (Allpaid, Inc.) and must complete the required information to execute payment.
Service fee of 2.95% for Credit & Debit Card payments (minimum fee $1.00).
Have your account number available for processing.

Phone Payment Option:

To make utility bill payments by phone, call 888-604-7888 (Allpaid Inc.).

Service Fee of 2.95% for Credit & Debit Card payments; Minimum $1.00 service fee, plus $2.50 for operator assistance.

Pay your Utility Bill through Automatic Deduction

Avoid the hassle of writing checks and worrying about late fees by signing up for AUTO-PAY for automatic withdrawal from a selected bank account.

You will still receive the mailed paper bill reflecting your usage and charges. Funds will then be automatically withdrawn from your account on the quarterly billing due date. This will be noted on your bill.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES:

A charge of 3% water and 10% sewer will be added to bills not paid within 20 days from the date of issuance.

Delinquent bills as of October 15th are subject to an additional 10% penalty if unpaid as of November 1st. All unpaid water bills not paid by November 15th will be placed on the Tax Roll as per WI Stats Sec. 66.0809(3).
