The Police Department accepts rechargeable batteries and used cell phones for recycling. We accept batteries from cell phones, cameras, power tools, computers and toys. This includes the following rechargeable battery types:
- Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd)
- Nickel Metal Hydride (N-MH)
- Lithium Ion (Li-ion)
- Small sealed lead (Pb) batteries

We also accept old/used cell phones for recycling. Drop off your batteries and cell phones during normal business hours or call the Police Department for more information.
